Exhibition |
|
Organized, offered, or contacted by the foreign embassies or representations in Beijing (Culture Section and Cooperation Section), the participants are invited jointly by the Organizing Committee of ABB2008, will be made of the excellent cases of urban planning, architectural design on the motif¡ª Ecological City/ Building. |

The Exhibition |

welcomes the inner and outer excellent small town planning, design, construction and management cases from the different academies, institutes, real estate companies, developers, urban plan and design firms who can register by self, however the examinations of their qualifications and art levels should be passed through the Organizing Committee of ABB2008. |

Exhibition Form |
|
exhibit boards, video, installation, forum, etc., mounting or dismounting by the participators or the Organizing Committee of ABB2008, and all the mounting or dismounting fee is paid by the participators themselves. |

Exhibition Registration |

The participants register: select the sites and sign the Loan Form and Annexes A\B\C\D. |

The participants should pay the fee 50% in ten days after registration. At the same time, fax or mail the copy of remittance sheet to the ABB2008 Organizing Committee and ensure the exhibit place. |

The participants should pay the fee 50% to the ABB2008 Organizing Committee in 30 days before the opening day. |

The speakers of the forum are invited and arranged by the ABB2008 Organizing Committee. |

The audience can register to order tickets by fax or mail for the ticket to the Secretariat of ABB2008 with her/his ID number. |

Information for The Participants and Stand Usage Provisions |
|
1) |
Every participating unit goes through various formalities concerned according to the requirement of the organizing committee. |
| 2) |
The representative of each participating unit should attend diversified events and enter or depart from the exhibition hall by right of proper cards. |
| 3) |
Before October 23, the telephone number of the Group of Meeting Affairs is 0086-10-63855655 or 0086-10-63857699. After October 23, the group will be set up in the exhibition hall, telephone numbers: 13901363261,13701180984, 13521647908. |
| 4) |
Follow the guides of the organizing and administrating departments and abide by rules and regulations of the exhibition. |
| 5) |
All participants keep the time of open and close in mind. The staff of each stand goes through safety and fireproofing.inspection before close to ensure that there is no hidden trouble. After hearing the message for close, they depart with vade mecums on the occasion of safety guards¡¯ occurrence for clearing. In case of overtime, each stand should leave specialized persons until close of the exhibition hall. |

Fill in a registration form when items on display enter the hall and preserve it for the sake of checking when withdraw. |

Designate a chief of safety who takes charge of fire fighting, order and precautions against burglars for its stand. Take good care of items on display, valuables, cash, handsets, certificates and so on. When coming across suspicious persons or circumstances, inform the safety guard of the exhibition in time. |

Carrying combustibles, explosives, ammunition, poisonous, radioactive, chemical and corrosive material into the exhibition hall is strictly prohibited. |

It is strictly prohibited to use of open flame, kerosene lamps, gas, coal oil, gasoline, ethanol, isoamyl acetate, burners, ovens, cooking devices, electric heaters, etc. |
| 10) |
Inform the safety guard in time whenever find a fire or an incident with regard to public order. Then, follow the guide of the safety guard or fire fighting personnel and direct the audience to evacuate or muster by designated routes. |

Using of open flame or making bold to connect wires strictly prohibited. |
| 12) |
Supervising the installation and disassembly of the electric and electrical devices. |
| 13) |
Do not withdraw from the exhibition until 16:00 of November 6. |

Guides for Mounting |
| |
1) |
Units responsible for mounting comply with rules and regulations concerned, subject to the supervision and inspection of the administration department of the exhibition hall to ensure the safety of the stand and the staff. |
| 2) |
In the National Museum, the height-limit of mounting is 2.7m. |
| 3) |
Units in charge of mounting take the responsibility for the safety and fireproofing affairs on the ground. mounting units assign a specialized person for the safety and fireproofing affairs on the scene. |
| 4) |
The structure of the stand built by the mounting unit must be firm and safe. The building material must be fireproof and hard to burn or be materials with flame retardant treatment. |
| 5) |
No nailing, suspending and binding in the metope, top, pillar of the exhibition hall, railing of the second floor, all the tubes and wires for special purpose. The framework links with the main body of the stand, and the stand should be built according to the height-limit of the exhibition hall. |
| 6) |
It is strictly prohibited to use the net rack of the top part of the exhibition hall as a tool to suspend and install the stand. The stand should not be built under the waterproof rolling-shade gate, and the goods not be piled up there neither. The hydrant should not be shaded. |
| 7) |
No spraying and painting in the exhibition hall. Flammable and explosive materials are not allowed for use in the construction of the stand. Construction with open flame and smoking prohibited, too. |
| 8) |
Lamps, neon lights, electro-facilities together with its materials should possess the state specialty safety authentication, and should be constructed, installed and used adhering to the regulations of the electrical appliance of Beijing. |
| 9) |
Any direct installation of the lamp in the pillars of the exhibition hall is not permitted. The facility of the exhibition hall ought not to be dismantled, moved or damaged. The construction unit would not be allowed to move or use fixed establishments such as electricity distribution box, sources of water and gas without permission. |
| 10) |
The mounting material should be laid within the range of your own stand, and should not block the passage. If it does block the passage, it will be disposed as rejectamenta. Violation of regulations will bend to punishment up to cleanup after dissuasion is turned down. |
