BRIEF NEWS The 2nd Architectural Biennial Beijing (ABB2006) is an international large-scaled exhibition of architectural culture industry series which is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Culture P.R. China. It’s a large-scaled main theme culture activity with rich content. Its objective is to show international new thought, new idea, new design, new material and new development of architecture. On the International Inhabitation Day( October 2nd ), the forum——“Environment and Inhabitation” which is also one item of the 2nd Architectural Biennial Beijing 2006（ABB2006）will be held on in the National Museum of China. This forum will follow the masterstroke “Environment and Inhabitation——Love the Children and Respect the Old” and will base on the international inhabitation idea to publicize the long-term achievement of Chinese architecture, to promote international competitive power of Chinese architectural industry.
